Radar: Stealing Sheep’s new video, ‘Rearrange’

Check out Stealing Sheep's glorious new video here, and make sure you get your tickets for their end of year show at the Kazimier.

What a year it’s been for those Stealing Sheep ladies. We can’t think of any Liverpool band that’s received as warm a welcome into the world.

Sell out gig after sell out gig has confirmed their place in the city’s hearts - not to mention Radio 1′s, 6 Music’s and audiences across Europe. Oh, and a certain Mercury Prize winner’s, too. Alt J’s a self-confessed sheep admirer, after their recent support slots proved to be the perfect partnership.

Seems we’re all a little smitten with their particular brand of psychey, folksy pop. Eschewing whimsy for joyous melody and rousing percussion, the trio blend glitchy electronica with lo-fi atmospherics, creating an alchemy all their own. And their star is certain to shine brighter next year.

Their new video for ‘Rearrange’ is out today - take a look here. The track’s taken from their keenly received debut ‘Into The Diamond Sun’, and sums up exactly why the girls’ manifesto has melted its way into our hearts. We fully expect their end of year gig at the Kazimier to be the perfect summing up of a brilliant year.

Review: Bravo Figaro!

— A very different kind of show from Mark Thomas is a beautiful piece of work that doesn't patronise his father's illness, not ignore his frailties, as they connect over a love of opera.
